Trainer verification
Every trainer profile starts as "Verification pending". A coach can only display the Verified badge once all four checks below are complete. It usually takes 24–72 hours.
ID verification
Government ID matched to a live selfie via our identity provider.
Credential check
Certification numbers (REPs, CIMSPA, Swim England, LTA, UEFA, HCPC, etc.) are checked against the issuing body's live register.
Insurance & DBS
Public liability insurance and an in-date enhanced DBS check for any coach working with under-18s.
